The Tanis was founded in 1992 and was founded by Mr. I Made Pugih who had a future mission to serve the transportation of the residents of Lembongan at first, which was made by him as a handyman, known as a traditional jukung with a capacity of 30 people and mixed with necessities at a time.

Tanis always prioritizes comfort and service for all its passengers. Tanis also provides charter services according to the needs of the number of passengers. In addition to providing sea transportation services to Penida and Lembongan, Tanis is also engaged in accommodation, transportation, and water tourism for the needs of tourists in Lembongan and Penida.

Purchase of tickets at Tanis Fast Cruise must agree to the following :

  • Passengers must comply with instructions from company employees and/or port officials and agent regarding all matters related to the service and must comply with each notice.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any passengers or goods without giving a reason. This agreement applies to Indonesian law, and the passenger agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian law.
  • All passengers will be covered by Insurance provided by Tanis Fast Cruise accordingly with international recognized standards, including compensation protection.
  • Tanis Fast Cruise is not responsible for delays or connecting flights due to bad weather and others to travel delays.

 

Cancellations & Delays:

  • Tanis Fast Cruise reserves the right to change the service in any way without any liability o passengers.
  • The company is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may arise in the event of a cancellation or delay of service.
  • The company will not responsible in any way for the cost of any accommodation or means of travel any alternative that may arise due to cancellation or delay.
  • Additional costs arise will be the obligation and responsibility of the passenger.
    The company has the right to cancel booking or reschedule at any time prior to inclement weather conditions or any circumstances unreasonable for any security reasons.

 

Passenger Transit:

  • The company has the right to transfer passengers to other operators if conditions require.
  • Rescheduling:
  • Rescheduling is based on seat availability and must be done 2 x 24 hours before guest departure.
  • Money refund:
  • The company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as if the order is canceled by
    passengers with the following conditions:
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of travel: no refunds.
  • Cancellations more than 48 hours but less than 7 days from the date of travel: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation more than 1 week in advance 100% refund.
