








BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All fast-boat bookings must be confirmed in writing, either via email or through the online booking system.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment must be made in advance of the 2 days departure date. Acceptable payment methods include, PayPal, Wise and bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation, the following fees apply:
– More than 7 days prior to transport: no fee
– 2 days prior to departure date: 50% of the total booking cost
– The date prior to Departure date: 100% of the total booking cost
CHANGES TO BOOKING
Changes to the booking can be made up to 48 hours before the transport date, subject to availability and any additional fees.
FAST BOAT CAPACITY
The fast Boat capacity is limited to the number of passengers specified at the time of booking.
LIABILITY
The fast-boat company will not be held liable for any injury or damage caused by the passenger’s own actions or negligence.
INSURANCE
The fast boat company is fully insured for passenger transportation.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints about the service should be reported in writing within 48 hours of the transport date.
