Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions of carriage
When purchasing or booking a ticket all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:

General:

• Wijaya Perkasa Fast Boat reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning reason.
• This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia, and may only be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the passenger.
• Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company.
• Sea conditions can be unpredictable; therefore all children and infants must be accompanied on board the vessel. Wijaya Perkasa Fast Boat will not accept responsibility should there be injury on board the ferry
• Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total weight of 25kg.
• Wijaya Perkasa Fast Boat reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers.
• Wijaya Perkasa Fast Boat is not recommended for passengers who are; pregnant, suffering from heart conditions and suffering from serious back complaints or serious physical impairments.
• The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit
• Re-scheduling is based on seat availability and must be made 2 days prior to guest departure.

Cancellations & Delays:

• Wijaya Perkasa Fast Boat reserves the right to cancel a booking and change the schedule without any liability to the passenger due to major problem with the vessel, bad weather, technical issue, safety concerns related to passenger and/or crew or by direction from the Indonesian Government and/or Harbor Master
• Wijaya Perkasa Fast Boat shall not be liable for damages or losses that may arise in the event of cancellation or delay of the service. Wijaya Perkasa shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, connecting flights or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expense so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.
  * To avoid disappointment concerning a connecting flight at any airport, Wijaya Perkasa Fast Boat suggest providing yourself at least 24 hours before your onward travel.
• In the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the passenger, Wijaya Perkasa Fast Boat reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows: Cancellation more than 1 week of travel date: full refund. Cancellation less than 1 week but more than 48 hours from date of travel: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours of travel: NO REFUND. No show or late arrival: NO REFUND.

Promotional Tickets

• Non-Refundable: All promotional tickets are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a purchase is made.
• No Date Changes: No changes to the date of travel are permitted for promotional tickets. All travel must occur on the originally booked date.
• No Time Changes: Changes to the time of departure are not allowed for promotional tickets. Passengers must adhere to the time specified at the time of booking.
• No Name Changes: Tickets are non-transferable. No name changes are allowed after the ticket has been issued.
• Other Conditions: All other standard terms and conditions apply unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

• Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.
• Without any charge: 7 days before the departure date.
• Between 3 days and 6 days will be charged 50% from the total ticket value.
• Between 2 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total ticket value.
• No show will be charged 100% from the total ticket value

* Any bank charges incurred for a reversal will be at the expense of the passenger.

Refunds:

In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any funds paid by the passenger direct to the company, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents which have not yet been paid to the company.

1. Wijaya Setia Dharma Perkasa will deduct / charge the bank fees from total amount of customer’s refunds.

No Chargebacks

Customers who have purchased Wijaya Perkasa tickets and have received services from Wijaya Perkasa either ferry and/or shuttle cannot charge back for any reason.
